    This workshop offers tools and strategies for collecting, managing, and analyzing data to evaluate and improve CTE programs, with a focus on meeting reporting requirements and demonstrating outcomes.

  • Focus on Freshmen
    Designed for ninth-grade educators from all disciplines, this workshop highlights strategies for introducing freshmen to CTE pathways, career exploration, and long-term academic planning to support successful high school transitions.

  • Preparing Your CTE and ECA Programs for WASC
    Attendees will learn best practices for preparing CTE and Early College Access programs for WASC accreditation visits, including report writing, evidence collection, and alignment with WASC standards.

  • Leadership at All Levels
    This session focuses on building leadership skills across all roles within CTE programs, from teachers and students to administrators, to foster a culture of shared responsibility and student success.

  • Career Exploration and Guidance for Successful CTE Pathways
    Aimed at enhancing career exploration within CTE programs, this workshop provides tools for guiding students through career choices and creating personalized four-year plans.

  • Intentional Recruitment, Marketing, Promotion, and Outreach for CTE Pathways
    Participants will learn effective strategies for recruiting and marketing CTE pathways, developing multi-lingual materials, and engaging stakeholders through targeted outreach.

  • Myths about CTE
    This workshop debunks common misconceptions about Career and Technical Education, addressing stereotypes and highlighting the broad opportunities CTE offers for college and career readiness. Participants will learn to communicate the value of CTE pathways to students, parents, and stakeholders and gain tools to dispel myths that may hinder enrollment and support.

  • Equity and Access in CTE: Challenges and Innovative Solutions
    Focused on making CTE pathways accessible and equitable for all students, this workshop explores barriers such as socioeconomic challenges, language, and cultural diversity. Participants will discover innovative strategies and successful case studies to create inclusive CTE programs, ensuring that every student, regardless of background, has access to high-quality career preparation and support.
